Athlete Performance Programs
Our Athlete Performance Programs are designed to help athletes compete at maximum performance during competition. Our small group training approach enables athletes to get the most out of their training at Alpha. Our programs use various methods of training along with cutting edge technology while focusing on building: Competitive Mindset, Strength & Power, Explosiveness, Speed, Agility & Quickness.
Sports Performance Training
(High School & Collegiate Level)
Training program that focuses on total athletic development for high school level athletes in strength/power, explosive speed, change of direction, and conditioning.
Designed for the athlete with more of an advanced aptitude for performance training.

What we train:
Strength & Power
Training in our program to increase muscle strength through weighted or body resistance training and putting that strength in motion (Power)
Speed, Agility, Quickness & Explosiveness
Training at Alpha that involves acceleration, rapids changes of direction and training the body to generate high action velocities
Energy System Development (ESD)
Training that involves improving cardio and metabolic work capacity for conditioning for sports performance
Stability, Mobility & Flexibility
Working to improve overall balance and range of motion to improve sports specific movement skills.
Performance Mindset
At Alpha, we use a Performance Mindset in our entire process of training. We know the “How” is important, but just as important are the “Why’s?” The mind-body connection is fundamental in getting the best from our athletes, so we strive to create a stronger connection through the training aspect of our performance training. Audio and visual cues are given throughout the training sessions to create enhance an athletes processing speed fro faster transfer over to their sports.
THE Sports Performance Sessions
Strength Days
“Strength Training Days” target the whole body (Monday/Wednesday/Friday). There are Four Stations and at each station, the exercises will be in a “superset” format. We focus on making sure there are movements representing the entire body on strength days. There is a Finisher which will includes a core movement and a cardio exercise at the conclusion of each Strength Day Session.
Cross Training Days
On “Cross-Training” days, there are Four Stations with each including a Strength movement, a Core movement, and a Cardio exercise, all supersets (Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday). There is more of a focus on the cardiorespiratory system on this type of training day.
Speed School
Alpha has Speed School training for athletes at all levels. The Speed School incorporates different types of equipment to work on Speed, Quickness, Explosiveness, Footwork, Vision and more. (click here for info on Alpha Speed School!)
Membership Set Up
Train in as many sessions as you’d like per month. Includes UNLIMITED Alpha Recovery Lounge Recovery Session per month.
$150 Per Month for 3 month Membership (unlimited Training Sessions and Recovery)
$175 Per Month for monthly “month-to-month” Membership (unlimited Training Sessions and Recovery
